Our master bathroom was in desperate need of an update

After living in our home for more than 30 years, our master bathroom was in desperate need of an update. There were an overwhelming number of details and decisions involved in this kind of project. We contacted Marilyn Hansen and determined she was the right person to help us. (We have both known Marilyn for a number of years, however, this is the first time we had called upon her for her design expertise.)

It turned out to be one of the best decision we have ever made. We lived through the whole process free of stress thanks to Marilyn’s organizational abilities, excellent communication with us at all points along the way and her attention to detail. The project required six different contractors. Marilyn coordinated the scheduling for each aspect of their work. The contractors she works with are accomplished in their trades and conscientious. The contractors were respectful and easy to have in our home. Most importantly they all did an outstanding job.

Our new master bath area is beautiful and much more functional. Marilyn’s eye for color and blending shades of color is amazing. Everything tastefully flows together from walls to floor tile to counter top to backsplash and lighting. The styles, colors and surfaces of the different components perfectly complement the existing master bedroom area which was important to us. We will also add that the newly renovated area is very easy to maintain. We love our new master bath!
