Commercial Interior Design

Marilyn S. Hansen and The Designers have completed more than 100 hospitality interior design and commercial interior design projects. The Designers have completed commercial design projects in Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, Kansas, North Carolina, Oregon, Oklahoma, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and South Dakota.

Our hotel projects have consisted of new construction and renovations ranging in size from 84 to 300 guestrooms. All projects contained design submittals to Hospitality Headquartered Design Teams, such as such as IHG Hotels, for approval. Our work includes the design of Ballrooms, Reception Areas, Lobbies, Restaurants, Breakfast Areas, Meeting Rooms, Fitness Centers, Pools, Public Restrooms, Patios, and Guest Rooms. Many of our projects have won regional interior design awards.  In many cases, The Designers’ work has also included exterior design.
