Marilyn Hansen is ‘the legendary’ designer in Omaha. She has designed for us and for many of our friends. We love her! Here is a list of the projects she has designed for us:
>Full house remodel which included the kitchen and family room (which were extended), the addition of a large master bathroom, laundry room, basement music studio, and upstairs guest suite. This project also included a refresh of our main floor powder room and living room. She has relationships with everyone and was able to fix problems when they arose. For example, our tile was not what we expected, and she negotiated new tile. It was a massive project and she made it fun.
>Remodel of our basement into a home theater and entertainment area.
Smaller projects have included:
>Framing artwork, hanging pictures, rearranging furniture, window treatments
>Selecting artwork for my husband’s office and waiting room.
>Choice of outdoor paint and shingles
>Decorating our home for Christmas
>Providing advice on decorating and furniture placement for major events at our home.
Marilyn listens to our needs and comes up with solutions. We have been very happy with our projects and count her as a friend.
